Although contract killing is her true profession, on the outside, Gil Boksoon (Jeon Do-yeon) appears to work for an ordinary event-planning company called MK Entertainment (MK Ent.). She is a no-fail killer with a 100% success rate, a real ace no one has ever outdone. Her parenting skills as a single mom to her teen daughter Jae-young (Kim Si-A), however, leave much to be desired. To improve her rocky relationship with her daughter, Boksoon resolves to leave MK, refusing the contract renewal offer by MK’s CEO Cha Min-kyu (Sul Kyung-gu). Boksoon sets out to carry out her last job, but when she learns of the truth behind the mission, she violates the fundamental company policy of carrying out an order no matter what. Now, she has become a target for MK and all the other killers.
