KUALA LUMPUR, 3 March 2023 – Netflix, the world’s leading streaming entertainment service, announced today that Malaysian actor Iedil Dzuhrie Alaudin has been cast in upcoming Indonesian film Borderless Fog (WT – working title).

A rising actor in the region, Iedil Dzuhrie Alaudin started his acting career at the age of 10 and has been involved in productions both locally and on the international stage over the past two decades. On the silver screen, Iedil has starred in critically acclaimed films such as Interchange, Crossroads: One Two Jaga, and most recently, the box office hit The Assistant. He is also set to appear in upcoming Singapore-Malaysia production La Luna and Malbatt: Misi Bakara, a military action film based on the 1993 Black Hawk Down mission.
Produced by Palari Films, the project will be helmed by internationally acclaimed director Edwin and also stars renowned Indonesian actors Putri Marino (The Big 4), Yoga Pratama (Marlina The Murderer in Four Acts), Lukman Sardi (Photocopier, 27 Steps of May), Yudi Ahmad Tajudin (Vengeance is Mine, All Others Pay Cash), Yusuf Mahardika (Autobiography), Kiki Narendra (Impetigore), and Siti Fauziah (Tilik).
Borderless Fog (WT) is currently in production.
