1. Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar
Fluffed is no stranger to all waffle fans! Their waffle is more on the thicker and crispier side. Each waffle portion could easily fill up about 3 – 4 people as it is topped with ice cream and various other toppings. The bestsellers would be ‘Pooh Bear’s Favourite’ which is topped with Hokey Pokey ice cream, crushed honeycomb, salted caramel and fruits, and ‘Alice in Wonderland’ which is topped with fruits, butter crumble and lavender blueberry ice cream.
Bear in mind, if you visit on the weekends, it might be quite packed. Each waffle on average would cost about RM25.

2. The Owls Cafe
The Owls Cafe probably offers one of the best waffle in KL and Selangor! Be sure to try their bestsellers ‘Rebecca’ which is topped with homemade Earl Grey ice cream, Almond flakes, maple syrup and fruits, as well as ‘David’ which is topped with homemade Vanilla ice cream, peanut butter cream, chocolate sauce and fruits.
You also have the option to add-on syrup, french butter, ice cream, banana and berries for an additional price.

3. Rach Dessert & Ice Cream
Their waffles are quite unique – such as the waffles with avocado gula melaka ice cream and salted caramel. Other than that, you can choose between their wide selection of ice creams such as malted Oreo, or alcoholic ice cream such as Rum & Raisin. It is located right next to The Carpenter’s Daughter, another notable bakery in the area.

4. SQ Coffee
The waffles here at SQ Coffee isn’t just your ordinary ones! They are made of sticky rice custard, making it crispy on the outside and the right amount of stickiness/chewiness on the inside. Their signature waffle is also called Mochi Waffle (SQ Moffle). Some of the flavours offered include original (Milk), chocolate, banana, green tea and so on.

5. Cafe 5 Pudu
You can find both sweet and savoury belgian, sourdough waffles here. However, take note the waffles are quite small so would be good enough for 1 to 2 pax. You could pair each waffle with their delectable, unique ice cream flavours such as Hojicha Shredded Chocolate or Salted Egg Yolk. Some say the waffle resembles somewhat similar to takoyaki.
